II.Adj. Qui a subi une nationalisation (v. ce mot B 2). Firme, secteur, organisme nationalisé(e). Dans les grandes entreprises nationalisées, par exemple, le profit capitaliste n'existe plus, mais le surplus d'entreprise garde toute sa signification, non moins que la rémunération des services joints de la création et de l'autorité (PERROUX, Écon. XXe s., 1964, p.642).
